Ashley Sosebee, owner and founder of Sosebee and Associates Legal Nurse Consulting, has over 18 years of healthcare experience, with over 15 years working at the bedside as a staff nurse, cultivating a community of leadership and driving excellence in healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science with the following certifications: Certified Pediatric Nurse, Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification and CITI Certification. For the last six years Ashley has led multiple teams through hospital policy and procedure development and management, identification and education related to healthcare industry standards, nursing research and quality improvement initiatives, as well as participating in patient care planning, data management and medical record review at a large Atlanta, GA based children’s hospital. With her experience, participation in multiple initiatives, rigorous training as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and network of professionals Ashley is prepared to provide quality services with excellence as the standard, bridging the gap between healthcare and law.
She has experience in a variety of departments across the healthcare spectrum including but not limited to adult medical and surgical acute care, adult acute care cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology, neonatal and newborn services, pediatric medical and surgical acute care, pediatric cardiology acute and critical care, pediatric epilepsy monitoring, pediatric traumatic brain injury and rehabilitation services and school/ community nursing.
