For the last six years Ashley has led multiple teams through hospital policy and procedure development and management, identification and education related to healthcare industry standards, nursing research and quality improvement initiatives, as well as participating in patient care planning, data management and medical record review at a large Atlanta, GA based children\u2019s hospital.
